How Women Stop Living in Fantasy and Start Embodying Their Actual Lives
On Tuesday, something beautiful (and slightly terrifying) happened.
I sat on a wellbeing panel.
Four minutes to explain how your wardrobe can shift your entire life.
Four minutes to share how I’ve been manifesting through clothes for ten years.
Before I even spoke, my heart was pounding so fast I was convinced someone across the room could hear it.
Spoiler: I needed 40.
But I behaved… technically.
I only stretched it to 6’52”. 😂
Before I dive in, let me ask you something…
Do you wait until the very last minute to choose an outfit?
Right before the event?
Your heart’s racing, your closet’s exploding, you’re rushing to the shops… and then somehow still end up wearing something you don’t even like?
If you’re nodding - yes, amiga - you’re exactly who I’m talking to.
And this newsletter is going to shift something big for you.
Because here’s where most of us get stuck:
We live in the dream.
We don’t embody it.
We journal, we visualise, we meditate, we make vision boards…
But then we get dressed in the old identity and wonder why nothing changes.
Your dreams don’t manifest because you stare at them.
They manifest because you feel them - daily, physically, visually.
And that’s where your wardrobe becomes a wellbeing tool.
Your wardrobe isn’t about how you look.
It’s about how you feel yourself into your future.
If you don’t feel the life you want, you can’t step into it.
But when you dress as the woman you’re becoming, even in tiny micro-ways, your brain quietly updates:
“Oh. This is who we are now.”
And suddenly the world responds.
Not because you forced anything.
But because you adjusted the frequency.
Here’s the easiest way to start embodying your next identity:
Pick one piece this week.
Your favourite jeans, your tailored trousers, your softest joggers - I truly don’t care.
Then style them every day in a different way using only what you already own.
Why?
Because:
You remove decision fatigue.
You finally use your wardrobe properly.
You see what actually works - and what absolutely needs to go.
You create momentum without pressure.
You show your brain a new version of you, with zero shopping.
And each day, ask yourself:
How do I feel in this?
What part of this outfit is working - the colour, the cut, the vibe?
Did I receive compliments?
Did I feel comfortable or powerful… or both?
Upload the outfit to Pinterest.
Build your LookBook.
This is the part most women skip … and it’s the reason you panic-shop before events, burn time, burn money, and end up wearing something you don’t love.
When you have a LookBook, you eliminate overwhelm completely.
By the time you finish this micro-consistency challenge, you’ll have a ready-to-wear LookBook full of outfits, exactly what I create with clients in our 3-hour session. It’s honestly one of my favourite things to build with women. (For those of you curious to see how it works, I leave the link here ;)
I don’t know how long it’ll take you.
But trust me… It’s worth every minute.
Don’t wait for opportunities to choose your outfits.
Choose your outfits now, and watch the opportunities arrive.
This is embodiment.
Not fantasy.
Not “one day when I have money for new clothes.”
And yes, your brain and ego will resist.
Their only job is to keep you safe.
New identity = danger.
Old identity = familiar.
But micro-consistency beats fear every time.
Five days of small action is more powerful than five months of dreaming.
This is how you collapse time.
This is how you build confidence.
This is how your wardrobe becomes the tool that carries you into your next level.
I’ve used this exact process for a decade.
It has never failed me.
And this week, after the panel, seeing so many of you take action, send outfits, start LookBooks, make intentional choices… my heart felt like it was glowing.

There was this one moment that made me realise,
Women don’t need more clothes.
They need permission to become who they already feel inside.
Amigas… we’re just getting started. ✨
Until next week,
Carolina x
