The Formula that turned my Wardrobe into a Manifestation Tool
I accidentally built the blueprint for what alignment looks like in fabric.
This week felt like a reset. I’ve been embodying the energy I want for this next season of my business and life.
Last Thursday, I shared why the most stylish women repeat outfits.
Today, it gets personal.
Because, like Victoria Beckham said in the first episode of her docuseries,
“I was always dressing for the woman I wanted to be.”
Even when she didn’t feel like that woman yet.
Thank you for proving my point, Victoria. That’s exactly what I’ve been teaching for years.
When you dress for your next-level self, you don’t just look the part.
You become it.
Every day I get messages and voice notes saying:
“Carolina, how are you doing this? You’re glowing!”
It’s not luck.
Its alignment, expressed through fabric, colour, and intention.
Now, about those outfit formulas I mentioned last Thursday...
Let’s be clear for a second,
✨ There’s no need to look perfect.
✨ It’s not about full makeup every morning (quite the opposite)
✨ Forget about trends - at least until you refine.
This is all about simplifying your mornings and turning dressing into something that charges your energy, instead of draining it.
Your outfit formula is a repeatable structure that works for you.
Made from pieces you love, pieces that express who you are and who you’re becoming.
Yesterday I spent a couple of hours revisiting my Ready-to-Wear Lookbook, which I’ve been updating for years (my clients call it life-changing).
And what I found was proof that when your wardrobe is curated with intention, you don’t need to chase NEW.
You refine, restyle, and re-embody.
Here’s what I rediscovered for me this Autumn/Winter Season!!
The Brown and Black Winter Blazer - endlessly versatile.
I’ve worn it to the gym, the airport, and client meetings. It transforms every time.
The Red Suit - my instant energy booster.
When I want to channel boss lady mode, that’s the one.
Sometimes I wear it for meetings, sometimes for dinner, sometimes even for parties (because yes, I’m that girl who wears a suit to dance).
Same outfit, different intention.
The Trench Coat - sometimes the outfit itself.
Paired with my silver boots, it steals the whole show.
What’s underneath doesn’t even matter, the trench does all the talking.
The Navy Suit Trousers - my everyday chameleon, my forever HERO PIECE.
With my son’s bomber jacket and trainers for volunteering days.
With a crisp jumper for formal meetings.
With a hat for a boho-chic vibe.
Same base, different world.
The Grey Blazer (my ex-Italian boyfriend’s, to be exact) - my latest obsession.
I’ve been styling it for two years now, and it’s basically part of my DNA at this point.
You’ll see a lot of it this season if you care enough to stay in my dreamy world … I love how it adds quiet confidence to anything I wear.
The Satin Midi Dress - one of my forever pieces.
I’ve had it for years, and it still feels brand new every time I restyle it.
One of my favourite ways to wear it? With a denim jacket and trainers.
When my cousins from Madrid came to visit, I wore that combo for a stroll around Central London.
The moment my cousin saw me, she immediately called her mum.
(Who, by the way, was waiting for this update.)
And she goes,
“Mamá, ¡la has visto? She’s wearing a satin dress with trainers!”
And her mum goes,
“Of course she is. It’s Carolina.” 😂
The dress has an open back …. it’s technically more ‘evening’ than ‘daytime’
but that’s the fun of styling: breaking the rules gracefully.
It’s about wearing what feels like you, not what’s expected.
I spent an afternoon updating my Ready-to-Wear Lookbook, years of outfits, refinements, notes to self.
What I saw confirmed what I’ve always felt,
When your wardrobe is built with intention, you don’t need new.
You just need you BUT styled differently.
That’s the beauty of outfit formulas.
They save you time.
They keep you aligned.
They make you look put together even when you’re running late.
And most importantly, they help you embody the energy of your next chapter.
So, before the year ends…
Open your wardrobe.
Look again at the pieces you already LOVE.
Try one new combination that feels like your highest self.
The woman you’re becoming is already there.
She’s just waiting for you to get dressed.
See you Thursday, we’ll go deeper into Body Mapping: proportions, frame, and the subtle geometry behind what makes an outfit work.
(And yes, there’s a Victoria Beckham at Versace story coming 👀 and a tragic subplot about how my Gucci trainers got stolen 😭)
With love & style,
Carolina 💋
